Privacy Policy

Effective August 11, 2026 · Applies to Vespera for iOS, version 1.0

The short version: Vespera stores everything on your device and transmits nothing. There is nothing to collect, so nothing is collected.

Information we collect

None. Vespera has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party software components. The app does not collect, receive, or transmit any personal information — or any information at all.

Tracking

Vespera does not track you, does not fingerprint your device, and contains no trackers. The app's privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data of any kind.

Network behavior

The app makes no network requests. It has no backend and no servers, and it works fully offline — including in airplane mode. The only network activity involved in using Vespera is the App Store download and update mechanism itself, which Apple operates under its own privacy terms.

What stays on your device

Your learning progress, practice history, shift results, notes, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad, and only there. They are included in your device backups according to your own iOS backup settings. You can erase all of it at any time from Settings → Delete local data inside the app; deletion is immediate and permanent.

Responsible-service training content

Vespera teaches responsible alcohol service as part of its training. The app never assesses any real person: it does not determine anyone's intoxication or blood-alcohol level, and it never judges whether someone is safe to drive. Training answers you give inside the app stay on your device like everything else.

Children

Vespera is professional training material about alcohol service and is rated 17+ on the App Store. It is not directed at children, and because the app collects no information, it collects no information from children.

Your rights

Because Vespera holds no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on any server. Every piece of data the app creates is in your hands, on your device, under your control.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Vespera changes any of the behavior described here — for example, an optional online feature — this policy will be updated before that version ships, with the effective date above revised. The policy for each version describes what that version actually does.
